For many students, having a computer is a necessity but for those who don't have computers, many universities have computer labs available. Here at the University of North Texas we have 14 computer labs and some are open for 24 hours. Using these labs does not cost anything extra as it is included in your tuition fees. I believe you can even rent laptops.
