Quite possibly!

Many 4-year institutions have agreements with community colleges to accept credit earned and apply it toward a Bachelor's degree. Even if there is no such pre-arranged agreement in place, there is usually the potential to transfer in credit and not lose time. Just be sure to speak with an academic advisor at your community college. He or she will advise you of a plan that will help you transition to a university.

Yes it is possible. Many students from community colleges here in Texas transfer to 4 year schools like the University of North Texas. Many students will complete core required classes to save money and then transfer and start on their upper level courses.
