Information on going to a University in the USA ( Georgia)

Hello I live in Columbia (the country).I would Like to come to the USA. I am interested in becoming a doctor. From the research I have done, I can take a course in a Intensive English Program for 5 months. After that, I have to return to my country. Is this accurate information? Is there any way I could continue my education in the USA instead of having to go back? Is there any way I Can continue everything I need to become a doctor here? Are there any programs that would help me financially?
